By downloading, installing, or using Pulse ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pulse. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
By posting content to Pulse's social feed, you agree that you are solely responsible for your content, it does not violate any laws or third-party rights, and you grant me a non-exclusive license to display it within the App. I reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
The App and all original content are owned by Ishaan Gulati and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without explicit written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I make no warranty regarding the accuracy of market data or simulated trading information displayed in the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ishaan Gulati shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
